Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose cancers in the pancreatic and bile ducts. At the Asian Center of Oncology and Hematology, this procedure is performed using a flexible, lighted endoscope that is carefully guided through the mouth, esophagus, stomach, and into the first part of the small intestine to access the bile and pancreatic ducts.
