Hospital Conduct Guidelines

  • Our admission desk staff will assist patients with the check-in process upon completing the necessary formalities and will also provide you or your loved one with an overview of the hospital guidelines.

 

  • Meals for the patient will be provided by the hospital in accordance with the recommendations of the attending doctor or dietician. Kindly note that outside or home-prepared food is not permitted within the hospital premises.

 

  • All medicines and consumable items required during treatment will be provided by the hospital as per your doctor’s prescriptions and recommendations.

 

  • During the hospital stay, patients will be provided with appropriate clothing and slippers. These items must be returned to the hospital authorities at the time of discharge.

 

  • Patients and their accompanying family members are kindly advised not to bring or keep valuable items such as cash, jewelry, credit cards, mobile phones, etc., during the hospital stay. If brought, such belongings must be kept at one’s own risk, as the hospital shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

 

  • The hospital does not permit flowers or outside food items in the in-patient wards, in order to maintain hygiene and patient safety.

 

  • The hospital premises are designated as a tobacco-free zone. The use of tobacco products in any form is strictly prohibited.

 

  • Our staff will brief you on the hospital’s general guidelines and provide important information regarding visiting hours, dietary protocols, surgical procedures, and treatment processes. Additionally, it is advisable to make an advance payment at the time of admission, for which an official receipt will be issued by the billing department.

 

  • Photography of any kind is strictly prohibited within the hospital premises to ensure patient privacy and maintain a secure environment.

 

  • Patients are requested to submit valid identification documents, including their passport, at the time of admission.
